Sean Papich is a registered landscape architect who has associated with KKC on previous occasions to complete projects for the cities of Rosenberg, Tomball, and Rio Grande City, Texas; Altus, Oklahoma; and others. Sean’s park planning and design experience is extensive, including work in many of the largest metropolitan areas such as Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, Phoenix, and Kansas City. Sean has planning, design, and development expertise with park master plans, public courtyards and gardens, playgrounds and recreation fields, site landscaping/hardscaping, common area and amenity design, and pools and waterfronts.
