Mac Birch has worked for and collaborated with the firm on more than 40 projects over the past 12 years. He has been involved in planning, special issue studies, and zoning and subdivision ordinance analysis and code writing engagements throughout the United States. Mac is an accomplished planner having served as project manager and principal staff on a wide variety of projects throughout the United States. He is also a recognized leader and innovator in the creation and use of computer software applications used in the planning process. He has successfully implemented solutions for over 50 municipal or county planning agencies in support of document management, decision support software, permitting and inspection systems, land use/concurrency modeling, GIS mapping, and advanced web site development.
