As town officials debate how to increase housing numbers in order to reach budgets, Kendig Keast’s own Bret Keast offers insight into zoning ordinances and adding diversity to the town of Littleton Colorado. Kendig Keast is working with the city in order to help develop the Unified Land Use Code. Bret joined the discussion with city council, along with the city’s Housing Task Force at a study session on March 23, 2021. Keast addressed affordable housing, population density and advocated for zoning ordinances to allow ADU.
