In conjunction with the development of the US Highway 421 Corridor Plan, and based on preliminary market analyses, KKC prepared schematic site plans for a mixed-use warehouse / distribution / flex space business park along Cleveland Avenue, a thoroughfare currently devoid of development. Included within the development program included a significant commercial / retail component which flanked Cleveland Avenue. Building setbacks were minimized to enhance the urban and pedestrian character of the street, with parking areas located to the rear of the parcel.
